Extremely happy with JR Dunn assisting me with the purchase of my brand new Datejust 41, fluted/jubilee in rhodium dial! Specifically Anthony from JR made my experience amazing! They makes you feel at home, not like any other traditional jeweler, they are more than happy to talk to you even if you have no intentions on purchasing anything. I was able to get my watch in just under a month as well! Which is unheard of!! He even gave us a couple beers while we waited for the paper work to get sorted! I look forward to doing more business here and for those of you interested, don’t be afraid to stop by and ask for Anthony! He will take great care of you. -Jeff B.

Nice place, great selection of Jewelry and watches. Michelle and staff are very friendly, she helped us on my wedding rings and our first Rolex. I am glad to do business with them and will certainly be back when I need it again. Edited on 12/24/2023 Just wanted to thank J.R Dunn and Michelle again. I am super happy with my new Submariner “Starbucks”. I am hoping to keep shopping with them for all my future needs.

I greatly appreciate the team at JR Dunn. Purchased my wife’s engagement ring and wedding bands there and they helped me find a beautiful set at a great price. I shopped for a while to find the perfect diamond and they made it a fun and exciting experience. J R Dunn jewelers is by far the best store i have shopped at. The staff is always on hand to greet you at the door. Michelle went above and beyond to create the perfect engagement ring for my proposal while also working within my budget. unlike many other stores i have been to there is ZERO pressure when shopping here. I will not shop anywhere else from now on. This store is truly one of a kind.

The best customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a beautiful ring for my girlfriend, but found out I needed a larger size. Cheryl in customer service immediately responded to my email and took care of me. Within a few days of the return I had the new ring perfectly sized! Throughout the entire process she was responsive, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. J.R. Dunn is an excellent company and having Cheryl there makes them even more exceptional!

Last weekend my first time at J.R. Dunn jewelers, and I don’t think I will be purchasing jewelry anywhere else moving forward. The jewelry was beautiful, but my experience would not have been as wonderful without meeting Jordan! He was so patient with me knowledgeable and honest after I spent over an hour picking out a few signature pieces. Not only am I recommending J.R. Dunn but I am recommending you request Jordan when you arrive!
